My Goal
This year I want to make big changes, beginning with my body. In 2012 I was supposed to be making these changes but of course that was the year I was ending high school and starting my first year of college. Everything got so crazy and I didn’t pay much attention to my food choices after a while. I moved out on my own and started doing whatever I wanted and eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I was 173 pounds and losing weight gradually but then I stopped trying, and BAM! I’ve gained 26 pounds. I’m going to fight to get myself down to a nice 120 pounds. I am sitting in my room at my desk on this lovely Saturday morning doing absolutely nothing but, hopefully I can get up the strength to exercise today.
